Please read the following most Frequently Asked Questions as they should help answer a question many customers have already asked us :
1. Worldwide Shipping
SeedMadness ships worldwide but we strongly advise you to check your country and state laws to check that you can legally purchase the products we sell.
2. How secure is your packaging?
All of our packages are shipped "ultra securely" in different forms of packaging to ensure they arrive in good condition. The customer name and address is the only information shown on the package.
3. How do I know if my order has been received and shipped?
After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing your order number, delivery address and the items ordered.
Another e-mail will be sent to you once your order has been shipped, and it will include your tracking number.
4. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
U.K. orders are posted First Class Signed For and usually take between 1-3 days.
International Orders are shipped "Airsure" (a trackable service where NO SIGNATURE is required). Where this service is unavailable an International Signed For trackable service is used. Both of these services take between 7 and 10 working days.
5. What will appear on my statement if I pay by credit/debit card?
We value the privacy of our customers and SeedMadness will NOT appear on your credit card statement.
6. Methods of Payment
Bank Transfer - Select at Checkout and details will be emailed to you.
We are unable to accept Debit/Credit card payments, Paypal, cheques or Postal / Money Orders from outside of the U.K.
Cash - Select the Cash option at Checkout and details will be emailed to you. We accept the following currencies GBP, EURO and USD (notes only) & strongly advise that a Registered Delivery service is used.
