We are now operating at full capacity once again.
Despite this fact, Royal Mail are still experiencing issues and as such this is still causing delays, so please be patient as UK orders can take up to 1 week to arrive in some areas of the UK.
Our Saturday opening hours are also back to the usual times of 10:00 - 14:00.
As we enter our 4th week of the "lock-down" in the UK, I am pleased to say that we have still been able to post out the bulk of our orders within 24 hours if received before 12:00.
However, as we are running with fewer people and the supply chain is starting to slow down we expect delays to increase over the next month.
Also, Royal Mail are having quite a few staffing issues in their delivery offices and this again can cause further delays, so please be patient as UK orders can now take up to 1 week to arrive in some areas of the UK.
International orders are still going out and have been delivered at the same speed or even quicker than usual due to the reduced amount of parcels being sent abroad at this time.
We are open to receive deliveries and for customers to make a collection between 10:00 and 16:00 (MONDAY to FRIDAY only)

As an online retailer based wholly in the UK, our business premises are still open and we are still able to receive goods and dispatch orders for both domestic and international customers.
However, we anticipate this to change at some point soon (probably very soon) as 'non-essential' businesses like ours are restricted further and our premises are forced to close.
