Terms and Conditions

The Money back guarantee is only given to unopened items. If the items have been opened or tampered with, unfortunately we will be unable to accept them back. Orders must be returned by registered post, & we will only accept accountability when we have we have taken receipt of the items.  Money Back Guarantee must be taken advantage of within 14 days of receipt of order. Please email us to let us know you are sending the items back. You also need to include your name and address when returning the package.

If you do not receive your items, we will give you the choice of either claiming a full refund or replacing your items. The choice is yours. This will be dependent on Royal Mail confirming that the package was not signed for by the recipient, and generally this can take up to 5 weeks.
