Delivery Details

 All our seeds are packaged stealth (discreetly) in plain envelopes. We do not put a return sender address on the envelope.

Checkout Stealth Options

Stealth With Breeder Packs- This means that the seeds will come in their original packaging inside the envelope. The outside envelope will still be stealth with only your address

Stealth Without Breeder Packs- This means that your seeds will be put into clear plastic bags with their code on for differentiation. You will receive free seeds but no other free gifts. There will be no way of knowing what type of seeds they are or where they are from.

International Deliveries

We send items internationally and have a very good success rate. Reasons for this are:

• We send all packages stealth so there is no inclination on the envelope to say who it is from
  
  
• We send all packages weighing less than 50 grams so they do not have to be declared to customs
  
   
• We send all packages by recorded signed for delivery which means you can track your items
  
  
• If for any reason the items did not arrive we offer a money back guarantee which states that we will either resend your items or give you a full refund depending on what you wanted  
  

 

The delivery options at checkout are:

UK first Class Recorded- FREE
This is Royal Mails standard service with signature and barcode scanning on delivery. Ideal for low value items, shipments can also be tracked online using Royal Mails tracking system.

This service is FREE and usually arrives in 1-5 working days.

UK Special Delivery 
This is Royal Mail's quick service; you will have to provide a signature on delivery. This service is recommended on higher value orders as it ensures the prompt and safe delivery of your parcels. Orders sent using this service (if in stock) usually arrives next day despatch; please allow two days for despatch though as we CANNOT GUARANTEE NEXT DAY DELIVERY

If you spend over £150 GBP you get this for FREE

Otherwise this service is charged at 6.00 GBP

Worldwide
Royal Mail lnternational Signed for

This is Royal Mail's International service. We send our international orders this way as they can be tracked and also have to be signed for which means they are covered with a money back guarnatee International orders usually arrive between 7-14 working days however on rare occasions it can take up to 28 days so we ask that you wait until this time before you contact us.

This service costs £10 GBP however it is FREE when you spend over £150 GBP

Regular Mail

In some circumstances customers want to have their items sent by regular mail with no signature. This can be arranged however you do not qualify for a money back guarnatee so we accept no responsibility for items being lost in the post.
